WHO SHOULD APPLY
The program is designed for licensed medical professionals practicing in aesthetics, including nurse practitioners, physician associates, registered nurses practicing under appropriate delegation, physicians, and dentists. The SHAPE SHIFT framework is applied within each participant's existing scope of practice: medical diagnosis and treatment ordering remain the responsibility of providers licensed to perform them, while registered nurses apply the assessment and execution frameworks under appropriate delegation, standing orders, and supervision as required by state law.
